Introducing the Boys!

Hello internet-ers and fellow 3eeks!

 

 

My name is Kelsea and this blog is for everything District3 because they are wonderful, brilliant, beautiful, fit, cute, hot, great singers, have cracking smiles, cracking laughs, love McDonalds and are just generally SHA-MAZING!

If you don't know already (where have you been for the past 2 years!!) District3 consists of Gregory Simon West (Greg West, 18), Michael Curtis Parson (Micky Parsons, 18) and Daniel Thomas Ferrari-Lane (Dan Ferrari-Lane, 19). [<-- Yes, Ferrari-Lane is his actual surname! Doesn't that just make you love him even more?!♥]

They used to be called GMD3 until they applied for X Factor 2012 and Sharon Ozborn said to Louis Walsh that they sound like a virus. Louis took them through to the live shows but they had to change their name because not only did they sound like a virus (according to Sharon...but I liked it!), they got mistaken for GMTV and GHD and there was a company in America with that name as well.
They sent out to all their 3eeks (the name of their fans) and asked them to see if they could come up with a new name. They ended up with thousands to chose from including some ridiculous ideas including:

• The Undead Ferret
• Boys 3 Men
• 3 Shades of Grey

But after going through all the ideas it was between Power of 3 (which is their slogan/motto thing) and District 3 and they went with District 3 because they come from various parts of Great Britain. Dan is from Porthcrawl in Wales, Micky is from Cleethorps and my lovely Greg is from Clacton-On-Sea♥

Thats just a little information about them for now but i'll keep you posted!
